My first experience with the quality of Sam's work was in 2017 when he made major repairs on a rental property I owned. After Hurricane Florence, Sam, as All Phase Construction, responded quickly when I called and tarped my roof to prevent further damage. They re-roofed my home and completely renovated the interior. My neighbors were impressed when the crew was putting shingles on my roof by portable light one night after dark! My brother and a neighbor also hired him to re-roof and make repairs on their homes.
